Introduction to the Products:

GLS Equal-Thickness Probability Vibraiton Motor is fit for sieving of powdery, granular and lump materials used in trades such as light, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cereals, mining industries, etc. Biggest capacity and highest efficiency, it is called MOGENSEN sieve abroad and is mostly used in sieving operation.

Features of the products:

GLS Equal-Thickness Probability Sieving Machine is a new product jointly developed by our factory and the Salt Preparation of China General Council of Light Industry to meet the requirement of salt industry and light industry. It is used to replace imported sieving equipment for the sieving operation of the 100,000t iodated salt production line introduced in from Spain by the pilot plant of the institute.

It is of multi-layer(3-6 layers) and big tilt angle(10-30°).Driven by two vibration motors arranged at 45°angle against the center of gravity of the equipment, sieving operation is done by causing the material, strong sieving capacity.

The screen mesh is easily replaced and automatically stretched during operation preventing loosening and sinking so that life of the screen mesh is prolonged and sieving efficiency is raised.

Multi- ingredient(can be as many as 7 kinds) sieved, high sieving accuracy, high sieving efficiency, low energy consumption, low noisefully sealed structure without dust leakage; watch window equipped for each layer facilitating knowledge of internal goings at any time.

Mode of Installation: seated of suspended. Discharge outlet at the front or at the bottom, or at either side, height adjustable at will. Technological layout is greatly facilitated.

A material distributing device equipped at the feed inlet makes the material spread evenly along the width of the screen mesh, making full use of the effective sieving area. To achieve best sieving result just keep equal the material layers on the screen surface by adjusting the distributing device and the tilt angle.

Wide range of application: low speed or high speed sieving can be easily realized according the technological requirement for different materials.

A special control box is equipped to prevent resonance and at the same time automatic speed regulation and automatic control are realized.

Work Chart:

After fed through the feed inlet, the material is first spread out evenly along the screen surface by the distributing device and then classified according to the technological requirement on screen meshes of different hole diameters. The sieve illustrated here is a five-layer sieve. The layers can be as many as 6 at the most. Depending on different particle sizes different tilt angles of the screen surface of the same layer are selected to realize equal thickness sieving. Finished material can be grouped at will and discharged through the outlet.

The five watch windows at the outlet facilitate watching of the internal screen meshes and the sieving operation and facilitate replacement of screen meshes.

It is generally installed with the front part suspended and the rear part seated. But seated rear with suspended front or wholly suspended will also do.

It is made of stainless of stainless steel including the screen meshes. If request by the user other material can be adopted.
